新年快乐
Happy new year

Tashi Delek, Everyone, Happy New Year!
祝願大家新年快樂,如意吉祥!

For this coming year, all the best for the world, all the best for countries, all the best for our communities, and all the best for Dharma activities — that is my wish and prayer.
我的新年願望是希望世界更加美好,國與國之間共同進步賢善,以至社區各界也能和諧相處;當然佛法的活動更要日益興盛。

But most important is that you all do it, too! Do your four roots and view everyday. For example, your Guru practice is Rigpa Guru Yoga; Yidam is Dorje Gotrap; Dakini is 21 Taras; and Dharmapala is King Gesar.
作為世界的一份子和藏傳佛教徒的我們,更要努力恆修四根本(明覺上師瑜珈、金剛鎧甲、廿一度母和格薩爾王)的修法。

Every day, try to do at least 30 minutes. If you do, you will be physically well and mentally healthy. You will have peace, joy, power, and your wishes will come true. Your activity will also go very well. For these reasons you do it… and you are confident in yourself! This message is for all of my students in the world.
每日最少要有半小時的修法,使我們身心得到健康之餘,亦能使我們微細的心識能進一步平和和具力下來,最後具有滿願如摩尼寶的功德。因此,我們要相信自己的能力;這是作為我弟子必須要知道的事情。

Do as much as you can. If you can do more — one hour, two hours — of course do it!
每天要持之以恆,修為則明量且進詣,我們應該朝着這個方向去努力。

I am also doing prayers as my New Year Resolution — and you too. Many negative things may come this year — environment, war — and this we try to stop together, with our blessing prayers for world peace and that all beings have a better life.
我們應該共同努力祈請,來面對來年的障礙種種;使眾生得以安定和世界日趨和諧。

As dharma practitioners, we don’t judge others, we only judge ourselves. We use our view, and we believe 100% that our outer Guru is Guru Rinpoche. Our Inner Guru — we keep mindfulness of the Dharma, the nine yanas. Our Secret Guru is the Secret Rigpa Guru Yoga.
If you do this, then all is excellent with you, day and night!
如果您是瑜珈行者,請停止你對外的二元作祟;反而要嚴厲提高自己的所作所為;並且要堅決信奉外在的蓮師、內在的正念的九乘佛法和秘密的明覺上師。如行者以此奉行,上師加持定當照遍日夜。
